Everyone is offering great advice and they all work. From my knowledge though, I would say choose 1-3 and go from there just because one might get overwhelmed and then do nothing, unless you can hire an agency that specializes in each. The ones that I think I would be most keen on are

- SEO (google maps marketing): this allows you to get leads and keeps the phone ringing
- Email Marketing: this allows you to keep in contact with your customers and upsell them
- Growth by acquisition: I would look for dental practices to buy in the area, that are already successful so I do not have to go through the learning curve.
